Hey hoopers! I hope you are staying warm this holiday season. It has been down right frigid for Atlanta lately. My hoop practice always begins with warm fluids and lots of layers of clothes. By the time I finish my practice, I have shed down to the last layer and my body feels great. Tonight I decided to make a special treat, a home made chai tea latte! SO YUM! You should try it out yourself. If you make it on your own, you save big compared to grabbing one at the coffee shop. I have tried this recipe with raw sugar OR honey and it turns out scrumptious every time. I want to share the following recipe blog with you called Budget Bytes! Below is the recipe for amazing chai tea concentrate you can make ahead and reheat with milk to make a fresh cup of chai when you need a treat. I hope you enjoy the chai tea concentrate recipe. Be sure to check out more of Beth’s great site. I love her recipes and saving money is always an issue for me, I check out her blog for ideas frequently. Check out her blog & get the recipe.
I will be enjoying this treat as I kick up my cardio tonight with a high energy waist hooping session. It will be so worth it though! SO GOOD! I promise, try it. You have to take a lil time to treat yourself sometimes. Especially when the weather is so frosty. Go ahead, make it to enjoy yourself and save the rest of the concentrate for entertaining your loved ones this holiday season. You will be happy you have such a delightful treat in a pinch.
Also, don’t hesitate to sign up for Saturday’s Level 2 Beginners Hoop Dance Class @ Ladies Workout Express Atlanta on N. Druid Hills Road. Take a new spin on hula hooping and give shoulder, chest and leg hooping a try. You will burn serious calories all while having fun. Ready to get to the next level in your hoop dance fitness? Register now in the shop to receive $5 off this class until end of the day December 16 (that’s TOMORROW)! Drop ins $20. Hoops will be provided, all you need is a smile. Please contact Rebecca directly with questions.
Hey there kiddos! I hope you are doing well and settling into your Fall schedules with ease. I have so much fun to share with you in the coming weeks! So ecstatic for all the fun hooping adventures ahead. I love my life and am so blessed to spend the majority of my time in the hoop.
I have been asked to be a guest at the Ralph Roddenbery Band show at Matilda’s in Alpharetta! This is very exciting for me ♥ I have known Ralph and the crew for many years, so excited for all of their success. Not only fabulous musicians but incredible people with hearts of gold! You will absolutely adore the tunes as they fill your heart with LOVE and feed your head with their witty lyrics and rhymes. This is a beautiful outdoor venue and its BYOB! So pack the dog, a blanket, some chairs, a picnic and beverages of your choice to enjoy under the pines. Dog & kid friendly too! I will be performing hooping as well as providing hoops for the audience to try and join in on the fun. A small collection of my hand crafted hoops will be available to adopt for your very own if you feel so inclined. Hooping to live music is extraordinary! We will have an amazing time. If you haven’t heard the Ralph Roddenbery band please check them out http://www.ralphroddenbery.com/ You really don’t wanna miss this! What kind of music do they play you may ask? “a dynamic blend of Americana, roots rock, and a twist of the blues” – in other words FUN!
