Hey hoopers! I hope you are staying warm this holiday season. It has been down right frigid for Atlanta lately. My hoop practice always begins with warm fluids and lots of layers of clothes. By the time I finish my practice, I have shed down to the last layer and my body feels great. Tonight I decided to make a special treat, a home made chai tea latte! SO YUM! You should try it out yourself. If you make it on your own, you save big compared to grabbing one at the coffee shop.
