Homemade hot chai tea

Hey hoopers! I hope you are staying warm this holiday season. It has been down right frigid for Atlanta lately. My hoop practice always begins with warm fluids and lots of layers of clothes. By the time I finish my practice, I have shed down to the last layer and my body feels great. Tonight I decided to make a special treat, a home made chai tea latte! SO YUM! You should try it out yourself. If you make it on your own, you save big compared to grabbing one at the coffee shop. I have tried this recipe with raw sugar OR honey and it turns out scrumptious every time. I want to share the following recipe blog with you called Budget Bytes! Below is the recipe for amazing chai tea concentrate you can make ahead and reheat with milk to make a fresh cup of chai when you need a treat. I hope you enjoy the chai tea concentrate recipe. Be sure to check out more of Beth’s great site. I love her recipes and saving money is always an issue for me, I check out her blog for ideas frequently. Check out her blog & get the recipe.

You have to take a lil time to treat yourself sometimes. Especially when the weather is so frosty. Go ahead, make it to enjoy yourself and save the rest of the concentrate for entertaining your loved ones this holiday season. You will be happy you have such a delightful treat in a pinch.
